Owning a home in Goleta has always been a dream of ours and we thought it would never be possible. Todd Shea believed it was and was a supportive force the whole way. Dropping everything to drive to the trout club to check out a “fixer upper”. The house had a failing retaining wall, but Todd's relentless positivity kicked in. “It'd be a lot of man hours and you'd need to bring in a crane. I know a guy, I'll ask him for a rough quote.”

We worked with him for just shy of 2 years. He was always patient, ready to drop everything to go check out a house and he was never pushy. He's probably the worst “sale guy” ever, but certainly the “best real estate friend” a buyer could have!

In the end we ended up with the perfect house for us! Todd helped us through all the paperwork (there's a ton) and made the whole process super easy. He setup everything for us — home inspection, pest company, title, escrow and everything!

Todd was absolutely amazing to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had been looking for a house in Santa Barbara for about three years and not really having much luck. We met Todd at one of his open houses and the rest was history.
